4) You are now at the Application
5) Click Individual
6) Fill in the information requested
7) Where it says "My Sponsor Upline" enter your EcoQuest Sponsor's Name
8) Where it says "Sponsor
Control Number" enter
your EcoQuest Sponsor's BEST CONTROL number if available.
9) Where it says "Sponsor
Dealer Number" enter your Sponsor's EcoQuest Dealer Number.
10) SECTION III:
Select Success Pack and enter the Success Pack Number obtained from your
Sponsor. If you do not have this number, call your sponsor and get get
it. Amount Financed-same thing.

11) Complete the balance
of the form and click Submit
12) Wait 2-4 hours (during periods of operation) and return to
http://www.bestinvesttn.com/default.htm.
Enter your telephone number that you had used in the application in the box in the top right. You will view your results.
